The interior has been designed to a French theme with each bedroom carrying it's own individual theme with designer wallpaper from the likes of Vivienne Westwood to beautiful Louis VX style dressing tables.
Little Paris provides the perfect combination of location, space and class for your special weekend in Brighton.
This property offers size, comfort, parking and an excellent location, location, location!

LGF: Lounge Area
The spacious open plan lounge / kitchen / dining room provides the perfect space for large groups. This space cover the blueprint of the entire property so is very large! The lounge backs out onto a small walled patio.
The lounge houses 2 x sofas, coffee table and large screen 37" LED TV with Sky and Sky Movies for those rainy nights in.
For a fun night in or a giggle before your night out why not play some games on the popular wii games console. We have something for all tastes including dance star & wii party.
LGF: Dining Area
The Dining area currently consists of 1 large dining table and seating for 12 people. A further table will be installed shortly and will seat a total of 20 people.
LGF: Kitchen Area
The kitchen comprises cream country style units, gas oven and hob, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The cupboards are stocked with plenty of wine & champagne glasses for 20 people as well as ample pots, pans, cooking utensils etc for your stay.
GF: Bedroom 1 (Butterfly Room) Sleeps 6
The butterfly room consists of 2 x adult triple bunks (1 double bed on the bottom and 1 single bed on top)
All bunk beds used in this property have been handmade to order, and specifically designed for adults allowing plenty of space to sit between the bunks (unlike standard bunks beds).
A stunning dressing table, and 2 bedside tables complete this room.
GF Bedroom 2 (Antoinette Room) Sleeps 4
1 x triple bunk (1 double bed on the bottom and 1 single bed on top) sleeping 3

GF: Bathroom 1
The ground floor bathroom houses a walk in single shower, wash basin and WC. The room is accessible via the Antoinette Room as well as via the hallway.
FF: Bedroom 3 (Petticoat Room) Sleeps 4
1 x triple bunk (1 double bed on the bottom and 1 single bed on top) sleeping 3
1x single bed (sleeping 1)
FF Bedroom 4 (Flower Room) Sleeps 6

The first floor bathroom 2 is ensuite to the 'Flower Room' bedroom and houses 2 walk in shower cubicles. A sink and WC are also present.

The first floor bathroom 3 is located directly from the communal hallway. This bathroom houses a double walk in shower, WC and sink.

Directly off of the lounge you will find a small walled patio.
