Great small apartment for one to maximum two people. Its well equipped with everything you need, but make sure you don't cook lavish meals as ventilation is not good. Windows can't open wide and bathroom vent is not enough to release the smell. Suggest to put a curtain as a partition between the kitchen and bed, so as to allow for more privacy, especially as its the ground floor with pedestrian traffic. An ideal location opposite Brighton pier and close to supermarket and launderette. Marie, Hong Kong. September 2012.
The Booking online was really easy, swift replies to emails and the meet and greet at the studio was very friendly. The Studio was really clean and tidy on arrival, the ground floor assess was really helpful for my Dad. There was very little noise, only the dust cart for the Hotel next door, and the slamming of the front main entrance by other persons. It was lovely and warm, my parents really enjoyed staying in the studio. I can’t thank you enough. Rheya, Brighton. December 2011.
