Located on the ground floor, this bright and spacious room has comfy seating and cosy atmosphere which let you relax with a glass of wine in the evenings. TV with Freeview and a DVD player have been added for your entertainment.
Living/Dining Room and Reading Area
On the second floor a spectacular sitting room welcomes you and takes you back in time with its unique elegancy and quality antique furniture. A perfectly presented room which is great for spending a relaxing evening with friends and family or enjoying after dinner cocktail. The grand dining area with dark wood dining table and brown leather chairs offers seating for 6 guests. Help yourself to digestifs after dinner while enjoying the views from the front window!
The sitting area takes you through to the reading room with a comfy plush armchair and a coffee table- perfect for those who wish to escape the crowds and chatter, and those who just want to relax with a magazine or a good book in hand.

Gorgeous first floor kitchen with pretty palette colours bringing you a vintage feel, offers everything you may need to self-cater. Integrated appliances, granite worktops and high quality fittings makes it so easy for one to cook up a feast.
Bedroom 1
Glorious en suite master bedroom housing a large super kingsize bed, spacious fitted wardrobe and a dressing table with a large mirror.
Bedroom 2
A pretty smaller double bedroom located at the rear of the house with views over the patio area. There is a large chest of drawers and a wardrobe giving you additional storage space.
Bedroom 3
Ground floor double bedroom with feature fire place with its own separate entrance from the hallway and double doors opening up to the Drawing Room.
Bedroom 4
This beautiful and spacious lower ground floor bedroom gives you extra room for relaxing and dining. The room feels more like a self contained unit rather than a bedroom, with a large kingsize comfy bed, vintage dining table seating 6 people, along with two sofas, one of which converts into a sofa bed, and a wall mounted TV with Freeview and a DVD player. Sliding floor to ceiling doors give you access to the pretty patio area with table and chairs and loads of greenery.
Bathroom 1
Large, modern en suite bathroom to the master bedroom consisting of white suite and a separate shower cubicle. No queuing for a shower in the mornings!
Bathroom 2
The ground floor bathroom is very contemporary with a white bath, separate shower cubicle, wash basin, WC and a heated towels rail.
