Kitchen

On the lower ground floor a modern, spacious open plan kitchen and dining area with central work surface - perfect for guests who are ready for a feast!.

Dining Room

On the lower ground floor as part of the open plan kitchen is the dining room with a table and chairs for 4, a kitchen cabinet and a comfy sofa - just relax while having a drink after a meal or watch TV while chatting away.

Lounge

As you enter the house you will find a bright and spacious lounge with designer furniture and fittings and the 4' sofa bed if required.

Reading Room

Going through the lounge you will find yourself in the cosy reading room where you can relax in the afternoons with a cup of tea and a good book - across the reading room you will find doors leading to the garden which is a little gem, perfect for children to play or for a BBQ evening. There is a wide selection of books and DVDs provided by the owners.

Bedroom 1

The master bedroom is on the first floor (one flight of stairs from the mezzanine level) with zip and link beds and plenty of drawer/hanging space. Please request the bed to be set up as a double or twin at time of booking.

Bedroom 2

The second bedroom, overlooking the garden, houses a double bed, a feature fireplace and a wardrobe with plenty of space to leave your belongings.

Bathroom

On the mezzanine level, you will find the stylish wet room which has been finished to a very high standard with black glossy tiles, modern round wash basin and a powerful shower.

Seperate WC Room

On the ground floor there is a separate WC & wash basin.

Utility Room

On the lower ground floor is a utility room with a dishwasher, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Garden

Across the reading room you will find doors leading to the garden which is a real gem, perfect for children to play or for a BBQ evening.

Booking Restrictions

We regret that the property is not suitable for children under the age of 4 because of the steep stairs.

Note

The house can accommodate up to 5 guests. if you need to use the sofa bed, please ensure you select this option. The 4 ft sofa bed is £40 and suitable for one person and located in the lounge.
