A large double bed means this property is perfect for a couple who want a romantic or a city break. There are also two single fold away/cube beds, so room for 4 if you like it cosy or are on a budget! Large mirrored wardrobe with plenty of storage for your belongings.

Was reluctant to book this property because the photos emphasise on the theme and orange decor was overwhelming. But I found an excellent, airy flat with first class facilities and a location for easy bus travel, walks along the seaside promenade and late shopping nearby. I decided to return for a further 2 weeks because I could watch the World Cup and Wimbledon on the very large Sony plasma TV. Best value for money flat in Brighton that suited me to a T. No lounge, but I didn’t need one. Hate giving excellent reviews because I can never get a re-booking!!! Albert, Hove. July 2010

Property was in a very quiet block in a very quiet street. Location was perfect for shops, bars and restaurants and for the sea front. Any queries we had were addressed and we would definitely stay there again. Lots of space in the main room- nice big, comfy bed, loads of hangers in the wardrobe, lots of towels. Hot water on demand. The property was in a good location - very close to the beach and not far away from the main attractions of Brighton, it also had good facilities (restaurant/supermarket) nearby. The studio was clean with lots of nifty retro features and plenty big enough for the four of us which I was worried about. I would recommend it to a friend and consider staying there again.
