The studio is perfectly located for many of Brighton's main attractions and just off the main road offering an abundance of restaurants, pubs and shopping.

Lounge Area
The lounge area of the studio room is chic, with a 32inch LCD TV offering over 20 digital channels. The large crystal chandelier adds a further touch of glamour, and with the added dimmer lights, it provides total clarity or a seductive, romantic glow. Double futon in front of the feature fireplace. The style is crisp and stimulating, with the commanding window shutters offering an energising flood of sunlight in the mornings and total seclusion at night. Excellent Bose soundsystem has been also added for your listening pleasure.
Kitchen Area
Along one entire wall of the studio room is the kitchen area, the modern Harvey Jones kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, hob and oven, washing machine and fridge with freezer compartment. A granite work surface and island bar add to the sophistication and there is plenty of shelving and storage space.
Bedroom Area
The sleeping nest houses a king size bed, partitioned off from the main living area by a glass wall. A wardrobe, together with under-bed access, provides convenient hanging and storage space.
Bathroom
The bathroom is designed for pure relaxation, with a spa-style ambiance, a mosaic wash stand and shelf-lighting.
Balcony
The balcony provides exciting views over the Square and down to the sea, overlooking the superbly renovated Birdcage Bandstand - what better way to spend a lazy evening sitting on the balcony, watching the local performances.

Great apartment in a great location - near loads of really good bars and restaurants and also easy walk to town centre. Top spec apartment with all mod-cons, dishwasher, good shower and heating, good size balcony with lovely view of the square and sea. We hope to stay again as I doubt this apartment can be beaten! Great little studio apartment, less than 5 minute walk to the city centre and right on the beach front. Studio was absolutely beautiful to stay in, with everything you would need. Stunning and spacious studio although more like a one bedroomed appt as separate bed area - no pulling out of sofa and making up of bed at all! Gorgeous, invigorating decor. Extremely fresh looking throughout. Location unbeatable - 1 minute walk to seafront and 2-3 minutes to shops up on the main road. Very, very quiet - although studio is part of a large conversion with a shared front door. Own, intercommed private door to studio though. Advise not to be put of by the cosmetic condition of the shared front door which needs some attention! Would love to and will try to book again for next year as soon as the rental schedule available. This is a fabulous designed studio with modern facilities. I found it well kept and clean and was delighted with its location close to the beach and only a short walk into Brighton or Hove, The girls at the Cherry Tree Housekeeping were also lovely and very helpfull. We were there from the 11th of November for 4 nights. It was lovely, bright and airy and a great balcony with a sea and garden view. We found the apartment comfortable and clean. The kitchen has all we needed and it was great that the bathroom had a bath and a shower. We would recommend it and go back there if we return to Brighton. Bryan, Glasgow. November 2011
My partner and I really enjoyed our stay in Bedford Square, we found the apartment clean tidy and to the highest design standards, it was really nice that there were a few condiments like oil, salt, pepper etc. The bed was so comfortable, and everything worked well. It would have been good to have had the instructions emailed to me as I was a little concerned I hadn't heard from any one before although a member of staff did assure me an email was sent. The Bedford Square let was the perfect holiday flat: it is in a safe, clean and quiet building....was impressed with the items in the flat that were available (kitchen, hair dryer, etc). It was nice to feel more like a local than a tourist.Having said that, the only thing I would have benefited from is more of an explanation of how things operated beingI am out of town (the hob oven, appliances and if the balcony doors opened). I have just returned from two weeks in the Bedford Square flat and I will definitely be back again. The apartment is stunning with a high ceiling and a bay window leading to a small balcony overlooking gardens and with sea views. It is in a fantastic location as only a stone’s throw from the sea and a few minutes away from the main high street. Booking with CityPad with their friendly and helpful staff was easy and the damage deposit was refunded promptly after my holiday. It was also nice to have a “Meet & Greet” from the housekeeping company on arrival instead of just having to go to pick up keys. I highly recommend both CityPad and this apartment. Hi there,We had a very nice stay at the apartment, it was very comfortable and near to most amenities.One of the things that would make it better is to have a coffee table in front of the sofa just somewhere to put books , magazines , drinks etc. and a unit with drawers in to store clothes, apart from that we had everything we needed.
